Shipping & Return Policies
Party Elegance & Gifts.com Shipping and Return Policy:
Connecticut Residents will be charged 6% sales tax on their order.
United States Shipping:
•We ship to all U.S. addresses by UPS Monday through
Friday. UPS offers both our customers and us tracking and
insurance on your order.
•Items are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of your
order.
•Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
General Refunds:
•You MUST contact Party Elegance & Gifts.com via email
within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to
our store. (Please see our mailing address below.)
•Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we
receive it.
•Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting
us will NOT be refunded.
•We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned
items.
•A refund can be provided only to the original purchaser
and in the method used for original payment (e.g. credit
card, check, PayPal, etc).
•Some items such as food items foils, plastics, and
footwear cannot be returned once opened.
•Custom printed items and special orders are not
refundable.
Damaged Goods:
•If your item is damaged due to manufacturers defect you
may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a
replacement at no cost. Please contact us immediately
via email if the merchandise you purchased is damaged.
•If merchandise is damaged during shipment by UPS, save
the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us
immediately and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS
insures all shipments. UPS customer service may inspect
the damaged merchandise and packaging before an
adjustment can be made. We will replace the product and
delivery fees if it is damaged during shipping.
